Agent Terms And Agreement

This is an agreement between you and Northwest Realty Source (The real estate brokerage behind
Agent Primo). This form outlines the conditions and policies for participating with clients referred from
Agent Primo.

Legal Requirements

- You currently hold an active real estate license, are in good standing with your board and agree
to follow all real estate laws in your state.
- You and your company have appropriate insurance coverage for errors and omissions
- You hold a valid drivers license and have appropriate insurance coverage
Records and Verification of Information
- You are verifying that all information provided to Agent Primo is accurate and will provide
updated information for your contact information and license if any changes are made in the
future.
- You and your brokerage will maintain appropriate client files and records for all referred clients
- All actions and information provided to clients is the sole responsibility of agent and Agent
Primo does not take any liability or responsibility for actions of agents receiving referral
Referral Fee Agreement
- You agree to pay Agent Primo a referral fee of 25% of the gross commission for all referrals
generated through our system. This amount is prior to and payments to your real estate
brokerage and will be handled as an inner company referral agreement.
- If you handle a referred transaction that is for both a buying and selling client a referral will be
paid on both transactions.
- You agree to submit an online form at the time of accepted offer with the necessary
documentation to pay a referral to Agent Primo.

Rules and Guidelines

- Agent Primo does not charge any upfront fees or monthly service charges for the referral you
receive.
- Your participation is voluntary and Agent Primo may terminate your participation at any time
without notice
- You may terminate our service at any time, however all referral received will still enforce the
terms and conditions of this agreement
- If you are found in violation of this agreement your participation will be terminated and you will
be legal responsible for your actions and violations of the agreement
